Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

After shipment, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details and a link to monitor your package. If tracking does not update within 5 business days, please reach out to us for assistance.

Note: Items sourced from different suppliers may ship separately. If this occurs, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer (up to 30 business days).
  • At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

Shipping Carriers

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Customs or import inspections (for overseas items)
  • Weather disruptions or carrier delays

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@kitzenshop.com After this window, your order may already be processed or shipped, and modifications cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos and email us at support@kitzenshop.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
